+Diamond tip for precision application
-Does not apply evenly; leaves a blotchy finish
-Fades quickly, especially in the center of your lips, leaving a ring of stubborn color near the outer edges
-Settles into creases
-Mildly unpleasant perfume: a combination of grape and aged flowers
If you wear it as a lipstick, it's terrible--however, I gave it a 2/5 because I love the color and it's actually salvageable as a stain: the formula is workable when other products are involved. Instead of swiping it on your lips as you would a lipstick, take your finger and blot it sparingly on to your lips. Smudge and blend a sheer layer on--you'll look like you just ate blueberries. You can leave it as that (if you do, remember to apply lip balm) or you can build more layers on its own, as well as smudge and blend other colors on top, such as red or fuchsia, for a deeper, plummier tone. It takes a little more work, but the end result is worth it!
