Review: Essie, 'Master Plan'

Drugstore
Price: $8
Rating: ☺☺☺☺☺!

Pros
+Light, creamy, neutral taupe with even amounts of brown and grey.  It's a very nice in-between color that won't make your hands look dead (I have that problem with polishes that are too grey-toned)
+Glossy finish
+True to color

Notes
.I've noticed that Essie's creamier, pastel polishes tend to have formulas that are really difficult to work with--they tend to go on thick, uneven, and streaky.  This one is a bit better; it'll go on streaky for the first coat, but by the second coat, it will smooth it out.
